The Hospice and Palliative Care Music Therapy course provides music therapists with in-depth training of the needs of terminally ill patients and their families. The course offers advanced techniques and affords participants opportunities to practice skills in a clinical setting. In addition, they will learn the business aspects of hospice music therapy and will be able to write business proposals to create new music therapy programs and expand existing programs. Participants earn 50 Specialty CMTEs.
