This webinar taught by Drs. Russell Hilliard and Dena Register, and Karen Shipley Leggett will afford music therapists an in-depth opportunity to explore unique and unprecedented ethical dilemmas that are arising as the result of the global COVID-19 pandemic. The webinar will focus entirely on understanding the core ethical principles guiding sound clinical practice, how these principles are coming in conflict with one another, and how to mitigate ethical dilemmas while providing quality care and maintaining therapist safety. Creative interventions will be explored to offer new ways of providing music therapy services while practicing physical distancing. Participants will earn 3 Ethics CMTEs.
